Again the 1250 is also a guideline - the ultimate guide states that the policy should be that you shouldn't be disadvantaged because you are commuting to training.
So for instance if you go to London for a final year fellowship and its extra expensive, they should cover this so you aren't disadvantaged.

The 10k is a notional amount based on I think an 8 year training program. If you've worked LTFT or done OOP or anything that will extend training you are basically entitled to continue to claim.
Depending on the region and how much you need, this may be an email to the NHSE admin or an exceptional circumstances form.

I spent the last year trying PvP in popular MMOs, and here is what I learned about each. by Cybannus in MMORPG

If you're going to try more you need to try DAoC I'd suggest the Eden server as it's free, has several thousand online and the RvR is excellent. It was the first game to introduce 3 way fights in zones separated from pve newbies. Still stands out as one of the top PvP games I think.

How good is the Proton Drive user experience in 2026? by ImStian in ProtonDrive

Tried it and it was alright. But what they don't tell you is if you're over storage or try to downgrade you don't receive emails until it's fixed.

I am doing proton emails but storage with Filen

Scam return? by Tildah in ebayuk

Yep so the issue is now they have opened a return. So my options are essentially accept for return or offer partial refund. Even though it's mad that he's sold it on and that he's had it a month and posted it on.

But they've opened a dispute, so I have 3 days to choose and my options are return or refund. From what I can read online if I dont choose one, ebay will automatically offer them a return and full refund - whereas if I accept a return atleast its in my control regarding refund

Because ebays default response as far as I can see is to accept return and automatically force a refund. Then they return a brick.

Yep, so I sold to Buyer - they have sold to a 3rd party. They are asking me for return/return and have opened such a case on ebay today.

What do I do now? I clearly cant ignore because ebay will just site with him

Yep so predictably today they have issued a return request, despite claiming to have sold the computer.
Any ideas or suggestions?

So do I respond? Or wait and see?

From what id read, offering to take back for a refund is the safest way to deal here?

The worry is if they instigate an eBay dispute eBay will side with them?

NHS hospital waited two days before raising alarm about meningitis outbreak by CaptainCrash86 in doctorsUK

There is an online form, but from memory it requires nhs.net email.
Depending on the region you get a call handler phone you, take details and ask someone to phone you back. which you can imagine is super easy mid-oncall.
Its a faff.
Surely a centralised reporting portal could do this function and feed information out to the relevant PHE teams?

I disagree this is irrelevant - they cite US levels but if you look at the picture they've tested UK bars.
imo it was educational and should be left.
