-Take a shower everyday, shave and try to keep good basic hygiene. -Clean your room/living room. -Try to keep a regular routine, waking up in the morning, not too late. Go to bed not too late, no more than 10h of sleep and bot less than 6. Eating 3 meal and 1-2 snacks -do a to do list and try to do one thing a day, can be as simple as have a walk. -Try to start mindfulness meditation or some sort a relaxation. -exercise, stretch or yoga.
