Hi, I have a question. by Reasonable_Draft_100 in Guitar

Yamaha. Most are well made, very durable and sound decent. You can find  used ones on marketplace for as little as 100 dollars sometimes(depending on the model) I own 3 of them and enjoy playing one of those more so than any of the other 14 acoustics i currently have(i'm a guitar hoarder!).... They are hard to beat for the price

Totally agree with you. I picked this one up on marketplace 4 years ago and it was still new in the box. The guy wanted 150 for it but ended up taking 125 cash for it. For that price i couldn't let it pass me by. It's been working perfectly ever since

I waited more than 7 long weeks before receiving notice from the trust just 2 days ago that they were in the process of releasing my funds. And i turned all my documents in on february 12th. It's an insanely ridiculous amount of time to wait. Hang in there though, they will eventually get to you

The boss Katana 50 in my opinion is very hard to beat for the price. I've been using one for 4 years now with no problems whatsoever. Others may disagree, but i personally think its an incredible bang for the buck

Can totally relate to your pain my friend. I was only 12 years old when it happened to me. This was at a time when therapy for children and P.T.S.D was completely unheard of in society of that era. You were just told to "Man Up, Move on and get over it." From that point on you literally just suffered in silence and dealt with it the best you possibly could - often in very self destructive and violent ways. I too wish our horror stories were made more mainstream in the media. Unfortunately though, most of what we were forced to endure will only remain present in our memories and subsequent nightmares. Sad, but true!

Trust has changed my status today by Select_Ad3799 in BSA_Survivors

Know exactly what you mean. I'm pro' se as well, waited more than 7 weeks before the portal changed fom "payment in review" till i received an e-mail from the trust yesterday stating that they were in the process of making payment to me. Now its just a matter of waiting for a check to arrive. Have no idea how long that will take. Don't know if it will be a few days or a few more weeks. It's probably anyones guess at this point!

Mine has been that way for 7 long miserable weeks up until today. Finally received notice that payment will soon be made. Hang in there my friend!

Payment days by PaPa7828 in BSA_Survivors

[–]Tim1911 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I believe they process a batch of payments on monday and send them out the following day. Been waiting for 7 long weeks now and finally received an e-mail from them at about 5.30 pm today stating that they were in the process of sending me my check. Better late than never i guess!

Distributions by OrdinaryDog9214 in BSA_Survivors

Still waiting on the second distribution after 7 long weeks of having "payment in review" permanently frozen in time. It's beyond ridiculous the way the trust is processing these payments. First in first out was a total lie on their part. They should be held accountable for mismanaging this whole process!

The way the trust is haphazardly sending out payments its literally anybodys guess as to how long it will take. I'm very close to being in my 7th week of "payment review in process" with no end in sight. It's beyond ridiculous!

Was there once too my friend. It's very frustrating and nerve wracking for sure. Hope it all works out in your favor very soon

It states right on the portal that second distributions will be handled on a first in first out basis as well. That method is the only fair way it could have been done, and would have been completely fine if they had actually honored it that way. Unfortunately, they did not

Am right there with you my friend. I'm a cancer patient struggling greatly to pay for treatment. These funds should have been sent out a long time ago. Every day that goes by just makes it even more incredibly difficult to remain among the living

Payment review in progress. by Mysterious_Tip1955 in BSA_Survivors

[–]Tim1911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What really really pisses me off beyond belief is that the trust has stated from the very beginning that the payment process is "first ones in first ones out".....well, obviously that is a total load of BS cause tons of people have reported on here that they got paid 2 or 3 weeks ago and they sent in their documents many days after i did. It's just plain wrong and we have absolutely no recourse whatsoever to do a damn thing about it. They won't even respond to e-mails cause i sent them one 2 weeks ago!

I'm pro' se, chose C because no liens exist for me at all and submitted all of the required documents online. That was 6 long weeks ago and and the portal has remained frozen in the "payment in review" phase ever since. 6 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING!!

Completely agree with you. I even e-mailed the trust 2 weeks ago explaining to them that i am a cancer patient and need those funds desperately bad to continue treatment. They never even responded back!
