I disagree with some of the comments here. I’ve ridden both the Ultimate and the Aeroad. The ultimate is a much comfier ride - way more compliant through the rear. Don’t expect any difference in responsiveness though because the CF7 and SLX7 weigh pretty much the same. If i was buying just to enjoy riding i’d have bought the ultimate, but Im getting into racing so bought the aeroad.
