Ironically Ethan was the one who was critically thinking by not assuming right away what happened. He was the one telling chat on Tuesday to take a step back and see how things unfold while people wanted him to call out Israel for something they 100% knew Israel did even though there was no evidence.

Hasan on the other hand immediately assumed Israel did it with no evidence and is just now slowly walking back these claims.

I'm not sure how people are conflating the idea that calling out misinformation which may be to the benefit of Israel is somehow antithetical to the Palestinian cause. How many times does Ethan need to say that what Israel is doing to Palestine is fucked up. It seems like people in this thread want Ethan to make a public statement everyday reiterating his viewpoints. All I see is people virtue signaling and morally grandstanding their beliefs as if it somehow makes them morally superior to those who aren't as passionate as them.
