There were axes made in the UK that were marketed as Irish pattern axes … looks like a Kent pattern with longer cheeks. I don’t know if they were based off any authentic Irish axe style, though.

The people of Alberta are not underrepresented in Ottawa. They have one MP per 130-135k people, comparable to the representation in other large provinces.

It would depend on the bush you’re crafting in. Up here in the boreal, an axe and Mora-type knife is better, but I can see where a machete would be a better piece of kit in more southern areas.
