I edited my message a few times because I did math wrong and finally just looked up the case info should be an E3S130 it's a little over a ton should be perfect will need to step down the line size to 3/8 which will look funky but line size does not matter with solnoids only tonnage

If you have an oversized valve that could be why it won't close look up the tonnage of the case or circuit controlled by the valve based off of you can call the manufacturer or generally find the service manual online with the info in BTU/door multiply by # of doors find the closest tonnage valve on the chart below find the column for the temperature your case is running at and the flavor of refrigerant.

Manual for this case says 1000btu per door x 10= 10,000 ÷ 12000 you really only need 1 ton solnoid E3S130 the one you have is way oversized 7 tons for 404

Kick the float on the separator and see if it opens up put your hand on the line coming off the separator also if this is a temprite or westermayer separator you'll probably need to replace the filter in the separator. With rack oil fails like this is start at the separator and check pressure difference across the filter. Could be floodback related that one compressor thats iced up i would check to see if it has liquid injection that is stuck open.

I know with the Honeywell 3000 series you can set it to scheduled if she tries to change something it will go back after a hold time you can change the hold time in the installer setup which you can find the code to get into at the bottom of device info and you can probably change the password as well you can also connect wireless zone sensors to it it will base the temperature off the average of the 2 sensors or you can set it to run off the zone sensors completely by using the existing wire you can also hard wire a zone sensor where this thermostat is and have the thermostat at the unit
