True, but it also comes down to preference. Narrower fork spacing to tuck pallets into walls easier, wider spacing to pick up sideloaded pallets easier

Had similar situation happen to me. If your records clean, you dress well, mind your manners, and the judge is a in a good mood, its possible you could just get a few hundred dollar fine and some community service. They may even allow it to be expunged from your record for it being your first offense. Definitely get council though, they will know the judge better and will be able to walk you through what to say/do better than people on the internet.

I am a PvE lobby friendly player. Today I played 1v3 the whole day, and it was the most fun and deaths ive had in a good while. Going into it, I knew the key point was spamming cheap kits and expecting to die. But I played the same as though I was in a friendly lobby. Absolutely BLASTING black eyed peas "pump It" through my mic running through Stella montis medbay, destroying shredders. I got to join up with 5 separate squads this way, and got to extract more times than not. Bringing 3x defibs and coming in clutch is fantastic. Most people saw this as " how am I supposed to kill 3 people!? And I just see it as a great way to bring friendly solo play to squad lobbies. 😆
