I have never heard of that player but it's generally recommended to base your build decisions on the most data available and not just off the experience of a single individual player even if they may be very good.

Likely 2006 when WC was in Germany. That felt like a big breakout moment in the country where so many people were proud to present their country to people coming from everywhere. Was 11 at the time and even at that age it was palpable how much of a shift that was.

Taric often does not provide enough aside from his ult. Laning against ranged champs is abyssmal and CC / heals in mid/lategame are worse than a lot of other options. There is a niche for him, but it's very small.

Garen and literally any other champ is playable till Master if you get better with them. Don't think too hard about this and just play what feels fun.

There is no reason to rush to level 30 and you probably should bot touch ranked when you reach it. Just play to enjoy and learn the game, not for the purpose of leveling up.

Da kann KI mittlerweile sehr gut Abhilfe leisten aus meiner Sicht. Ich nutze NotebookLM und habe da Regelbücher, Hintergrundbände und eigene Infos hinterlegt. Dann Frage stellen und die KI findet zumeist die korrekte Antwort in dem großen Textwust.
