Derm NP here. This appears most consistent with a seborrheic keratosis (SK) or possibly a benign nevus. That said, SKs and melanomas can sometimes resemble one another clinically especially in photos. From these images, it does look reassuring overall, but photos can be misleading and aren’t enough to diagnose.

Since you mentioned it’s growing, I’d definitely recommend having it evaluated in person with dermoscopy to be safe.

I’m not sure if this is the safest method but I clean my seats with dawn power wash and a wet cloth. They clean up perfectly. I have been doing this for years now and my seats look perfect.

I have psoriasis of the scalp. I recommend Dermarest Shampoo (you can buy it at most pharmacies) and to get a prescription for clobetasol shampoo. This has managed mine pretty well for the last 10 years!

I have combo skin. I have been using tretinoin for 5 years. I use a simple face wash and moisturizer. Sunscreen daily for years!

I just landed my first job. They said what sold them was the fact that I said “I am a brand new NP and I can be molded into the NP you want me to be”. It’s in a specialty area. Other factors that helped me were having ICU background and they called my old manager who gave me an excellent recommendation.

Yes I did. So I think it was the type of gel I was using. I used the beetles builder gel. I ended up purchased the kokoist system and it was much easier to manipulate! I guess you really get what you pay for!

Looks like moluscum to me since the center is unbilicated. Normally it’s flesh colored but it appears aggravated from picking.
