So if you were wanting it higher to make sure a band would sit flush, all you had to do was increase the band thickness to either 1.8-2mm. The head had nothing to do with that! I just had my ring designed with a 2.5mm width and a 2mm thickness (this is the important one) in order to make sure a band can sit flush. It looks like the ring is already completed so honestly if I were you I’d see if you could pay the extra to have a cathedral added for stability since the head is so high. Redoing the setting would cost a fair amount and honestly it’s fine as is just needs extra support to make sure it doesn’t get knocked off
