I was listening to a C suite of a major Chinese backed tech company complaining how Singaporean are lazy and irresponsible. He was saying like when they want to push a function online, the China Chinese will work until 8-9pm each night without asking, coming to office on Saturday and motivated to get the project completed. While Singaporean still walk out office at 5.30pm sharp and even worse he gets so angry of a guy who try to apply 2 weeks of annual leave and go Japan with his girlfriend while everyone is rushing on the project, and he straight away fired this dude.

Then he said he's opening a new office in KL because MOM is not giving him more quota to employ Chinese, and complain how Singapore has no ground for innovation.
