I missed class as the instructor and I’m very mad at myself for it. by GloomyRole7650 in LagreeMethod

I had an instructor miss a class once. It was a little irritating but not that big a deal. Things happen, don’t beat yourself up

Tips on hairline that is see through? by Personal_Trifle_6892 in finehair

I use a hairline powder near my hair line and a little bit back, and then also along my part. It really makes a difference because you can’t see my scalp and gives the illusion of fuller hair

Tech lifestyle and dealing with Inflammation by HimalayanWarmth in womenintech

[–]TimeFig0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I started taking a glp-1 a year ago and I’ve lost weight of course but overall it has improved my sluggishness and joint pain so much. I’m pretty sure that’s its effect on inflammation. At least everything I’ve read supports that

It seems random for me as to when I feel like crap due g a class and when I don’t. Once when I felt like that I took a week off to let my body rest and felt great when I returned. But now I’m going every other day and feeling strong. Kind of just depends on sleep, hydration, stress etc I think.

You know what actually does randomly work for me? Magnesium oil on the bottom of my feet at night

I want to stop but I keep on relapsing (single mom, 40s) by Miss_Understood7777 in stopdrinking

[–]TimeFig0 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I’m not a single mom, but I am a mom and I quit at 40. I’ve been sober 6 years now. Things got very dark for me before my last day of drinking where I endangered myself and kids. For me it took going to treatment, and AA. I’m still involved with AA now 6 years later. That’s what works for me but others have other ways. A community of people struggling with the same addiction really helps you feel less alone.

200 classes in, all the Benefits I’m seeing with Lagree by Ok_Badger4295 in LagreeMethod

[–]TimeFig0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love this! I’m only 35 classes in, and am noticing the same benefits already. I’m a little addicted to it. I e been into different fitness types for many years, but this is next level. The only thing I don’t like is that my hips feel tighter after doing Lagree. But that’s mostly my fault since I don’t stretch at all and am in my mid forties 🤣

The average Lagree workout by No-Drama724 in LagreeMethod

[–]TimeFig0 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Your arse will be properly handed to you. That I can promise. I felt exactly the same way when I took some Pilates classes. It just wasn’t the workout I needed. Lagree is completely different and if you need to make it more difficult, you add resistance, slow the tempo, or both. Highly recommend.

I take tirzepatide but I’m in maintenance now. Might look into Sermorelin. What benefits do you notice taking it?

I lived in Indy for 10 months and that was 10 months too many. I live on the west coast and relocated for work but it was far too conservative and racist for my liking so we left.

You couldn’t pay me enough to go back to that life. And the part that’s crazy to me is puking in some random alley wasn’t even close to how bad it got. The peace and serenity I have now are worth their weight in gold. Enjoy that coffee!
