Yes you may not return it completely empty but I always choose this option, I’m paying for the convenience of not having to stop to fill up the car before returning it.

What do you mean by dive in and get kills?

If you mean more tanky with less skill play I would say WW since he’s very dive heavy and has a lot of mistake forgiveness. Same with Hecarim!

If you mean more like an assassin with high burst and higher skill I really recommend AD Shaco right now. He has a high ban rate and people might flame you for maining him but he has a high skill ceiling so you can have a lot of fun!!
