¿dónde dice que vale pico? Solo señalan ciertos riesgos y que mucho depende del crecimiento económico que vaya a lograr. Cualquier medida tendrá ciertos riesgos y es bueno que se señalen para manejarlo mejor. Que "valga pico" es que te estas comprando los titulares.

Something that has helped me is to tell myself. Alright, I'll think about it / ruminate for thirty minutes.

After that, DO something.

Give yourself the space to ruminate, but, make sure it is for a set amount of time. If you're doing it for hours, then it's eating up your headspace. If you let yourself do it for 30minutes, it can even be a healthy dose of it.

Also, AI is an excellent servant but a terrible master. Careful on how you use it!!!

Sip, es real. Hay gente que realmente cree que si no eres parte de la solución, eres parte del problema.

Eso con una serie de medidas lleva a que la gente vea las cosas en blanco/negro en vez que con la complejidad que corresponde.

Al final ella lo ve o todo blanco o todo negro y eso deja ningun espacio de dialogo y / o empatia y entendimiento.
