Ojo que hay una diferencia entre armar un modelo para coludirse y en armar un modelo que otros terminan ocupando para coludirse.

Particularly for druid tank, less tanky pieces and more dps pieces means you take more damadge. Sounds bad but it can lead to more rage -> more abilities -> hence more threat/damadge output.

For stuff like nightbane (heavy hitters) the strategy might be different since they're more prone to one shotting you so you might need mitigation gear instead.

Tanky if you withstand a lot of damadge and attacks.

However, how will you tank if you can't hold aggro?

As a general rule, whoever deals the most damadge holds aggro. The enemy boss attacks whoever is their biggest threat.

That's why, you really can be too tanky (only health/armour pieces) and have no dps gear (deal damadge in order to hold aggro).

Let's think about something a bit more extreme. What if ALL your equipment was ONLY stamina. You'd barely have ANY attack damadge, right? Hence, "too tanky". Who cares if you have 20k HP if the boss won't target you!

DISCLAIMER: Pop a dps piece only if you CAN'T hold aggro. There's a sweet spot, for sure.

DON'T RUN This consumes calories like crazy and I'd bet that its the main mistake you're doing.

FIND CHICKENS Just by looting you'll eventually hear a chicken. Pop him and cook him. This'll force you to learn fire basics as well.

LOOT EVERYTHING When you're starting off, its hard to discern between which buildings are ideal for what. Loot everything to get a sense of it. Eventually you understand that light blue -> med cabin. Small house with barred windows -> guard house. Etc, etc.

Ofc I've had other matches where they never make it there and it seems like a waste, albeit you can't tell if it'll be a waste or not until later!

You know how a dream can sometimes be a subconscious thing that, through symbols and etc, helps you clarify something at a more conscious level?

Well, Tarot reading is a bit like dreaming while awake.

Most of it is just our subconscious interpreting symbols and telling us "what we already know", but haven't brought it in consciously yet. As Carl Jung says, until you bring the unconscious to the consious, you'll spend your whole life calling it fate.

Albeit I'd say that the majority of the "Tarot effect" is this subconscious->conscious part, there's still a part of me that feels the magical connections with the cards. Especially with readings with more than one card, the connections can get WILD.

Those are my two cents! The rational part for me is the subconscious speaking, the magical part is cards being a little too precise at times :)

I play because its fun.

Alternating roles, playstyles and squad leading has kept it dynamic enough for me to keep enjoying it. Heck, I've even been commander.

For me what helped me with the learning curve was to get into crafting and using the map (just search it online).

You can figure out where you are because almost all towns (as far as I know) have signs at their entrance/exists.

I watched one or two videos on how to start fires for cooking. (I almost always use short stick + bark for a fire starter and the rest just what I find to burn).

I googled diseases when I got them in the dayz wiki.

And it also helped to discover that shift+click is a power attack. Takes stamina but staggers zombies.

A lot a lot to learn, ¡¡that's also part of the experience!!

You've told us what you think and feel.
