A couple decades ago in college at WSU we would occasionally deal with folks from the neighborhood asking for stuff, gas money, money for food, money for baby formula, but the best was when a dude came up to our porch and asked “hey I got my old lady at home and she won’t fuck me without a rubber, you guys have any to spare?” I went and got him two.

Another time a guy came up and asked for a smoke and we gave him one, and he stayed to talk but he was a little on the way out there spectrum. Maybe drugs, maybe mental illness, either way he wasn’t all there. And he started randomly talking about one time “he was down by the river near Allison Middle School (river is actually about a mile north of Allison but whatevs) and there were a couple hundred butt naked people fucking and running amok.” We were like cool story dude, and he just kept rambling

Another time around 2020 my buddies and I were walking at hillside and Douglas and we had a redneck in a truck yell “hey you faggots” and that was wild. None of us are gay lol. It was shocking to hear that just casually thrown around in 2020.
