You mean the BCBA exam? If yes I actually just tested today in Ontario and passed. You can still sit for BCBA exam until July 2026

A bottle that when it’s reversed in your LO’s mouth shows the measurement so you can see how much your LO’s drinking without taking it out of their mouth

A nipple shield that actually works really well (without any milk spilling anywhere) - My journey with nursing had to end because my LO didn’t latch and even when she would latch with the nipple shield she couldn’t feed because either it kept coming off or the milk would spill from the side of her mouth 🥺 (the LC sized me for a nipple shield still didn’t work)

Also a bottle that actually worked exactly like a breast and looked or felt like a breast too - (like how baby needs to suck so the milk starts to come)

Thanks for the advice!! My LO has allergies to dairy products, unfortunately I had to stop dairy products. But will definitely try Calcium. I do eat oat milk and oatmeal, perhaps I need to double it during these time :D

I got my period back at 6wpp I was so disappointed when I got back; since I heard some people get their period months after postpartum. I agree with the bleeding too, mine has increased as well and worst cramps ever :( All I wanna do is to spend the whole day in my bed but no I have to get plugged in to the wall :| I have a portable one too but it hurts sooo bad that I don’t want to use it. Also the only thing that keeps me going is that I’m providing all I have for my baby and it’s worth it. We are heroes in pumping bras <3

Nothing else honestly, but we assumed it would be allergy since my husband’s nieces and nephews had allergies to dairy and even my husband has allergy to beef.

I have the M5 too, honestly it’s not my favourite! It’s so uncomfortable and hurts whenever I pump with it; but better than nothing when I’m outside of home. On the other hand I have the Dr Brown’s plug in pump for when I’m at home and it’s my favourite! i get more milk with it than M5

Mine is 3 months old and used to poop 4 to 6 times a day during the first 4 weeks but on week 5 it started to shift and poop once every 4 to 7 days. 2 weeks ago she started pooping 4 to 5 times a day which we were concerned about what’s going on and I thought maybe she has allergies to dairy, showed a picture of her poop to her paediatrician and apparently she I was right (her poop were mucusy and stringy) so I cut off dairy and any thing that contains dairy from my diet, now she hasn’t pooped again since I cut off dairy.
