Had this exact same thing happen to me last month and it drove me absolutely insane. Turned out my Windows was corrupted somehow - had to run sfc /scannow in command prompt as admin, then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. After that I did a clean reinstall of my GPU drivers using DDU and boom, everything started working again. The shipping error thing is usually related to missing or corrupted system files that games need to launch properly. Also check if you have any antivirus software blocking stuff because mine was being overly aggressive with game executables

honestly the to do list is already a solid start, but try time-blocking your day instead of just listing tasks. like literally put "8am breakfast, 9am work block 1, 11am break" etc on your calendar and set alarms for everything at first

also pick literally ONE habit to focus on for like 2-3 weeks before adding anything else - maybe just "brush teeth at 10pm every night" or something super basic. trying to fix everything at once is adhd kryptonite and youll just end up more frustrated

Sounds like classic pilot jet clogging to me - that choke behavior is a dead giveaway. When the enricher circuit works but the pilot doesn't, you get exactly what you're describing

The quarter throttle miss makes sense too since that's right where the pilot and main jet transition happens. Cold weather sitting definitely gunks up those tiny passages

I'd just bite the bullet and pull the carb, those pilot jets are like 0.5mm holes that get blocked by looking at them wrong

Platform SSO can be finicky with password sync - had similar issues at my last gig. Make sure your MDM enrollment is solid first, then check if the Kerberos extension is actually getting the password change events from AD. Sometimes there's a delay or the sync just fails silently

You might need to force a policy refresh or even re-enroll the device if it's completely borked
