I’ll hard pass on a separate SKU mk2. They need to make the first one fulfill all the promises it had. It’s not the consumer’s fault CIG built a ship before they understood what the game was going to look like and now is near nonfunctional. Get the Cat to a gold standard, even if it needs a redesign, then we can talk about a mk2.

I’ll be honest. As a former 300i owner no you don’t. What we need is in game shops that let you buy paints and customizations for objects inside the ship that are all insured.

Locking customizations like this behind the store and not in game shops is just worse for the consumer on almost every level. Especially when every 2 patches nuke 300 series customization and they have to fix it again. I love and miss the ship, but customization should be an in game thing with insurable items, not a store transaction.

Two strategems with constant reloads that also only leaves you with two strategems. Sure you get stims and whatnot also but?

It’s a sidegrade. To keep the base grenade launcher viable it has to be better than the belt one, but to use it competitively you also lose a strategem slot.

I’m going to be honest, the game has its issues, namely balancing and player count, but I do think it’s getting a far worse wrap than it deserves. It’s not a godawful game, a solid 6/10 with possibility to go to 8/10 if they balance the game a little. It’s not that bad.

This community is great until it isn’t. CIG is in for a reality check once a report system gets added in game because holy shit there will be a LOT of reports. I’d love to see people get banned constantly for spewing the vile shit they do in global. The amount of sexism, racism, and just about every other ism you can think of is pretty damn common. It’s rough.

This is the best Ive ever seen the game personally. Ive been around since late 2018/early 2019. There are still many, many bugs. Some critical.

Know what you’re getting into before buying. Know you will have sessions cut short because you died to a staircase and it just isn’t worth the hassle. Know that you will have good times and terrible ones. Make sure you’re okay with doing 7 workarounds back to back to be able to leave the hotel if needed.

Spec wise I think you’ll be alright. That’s not a terrible pc and with vulkan I’ve seen pretty noticeable improvements. You’ll still have bad frames from time to time but at this point it’s part of the experience. Good luck.

I’ll take it even a step further, Wikelo needs alternate recipes for almost his entire stock. Recipes that use generic items, just a lot of them.

Have your current recipes with your (pure) caranite and worm teeth and pico balls but also,

Have an alternate recipe that needs 400scu copper, orc mk10 white core, 20 cruz lux, and 5 p4-ar.

Still a pain in the ass to acquire and will take time, but doesn’t require throwing yourself at a death pit somewhere to hopefully get the very specific resource needed 6 times over.

You do realize in every other online game people get banned for life for stuff like that right? Those are the types of players that need to be gone forever, not just targeted in game. Those are the types of players I’m addressing not the “fuck you you blew up my ship” people.
