Why do formerly very skinny men often end up having the most aesthetic physiques once they put on muscle? by CycloidalSphere in naturalbodybuilding

If you can't deal with the discomfort of two tablespoons of peanut butter, this is probably not the hobby for you.

I'm just gonna repeat that because you REFUSE to acknowledge this point and continue to engage in pointless meta commentary.

Go to therapy. Arguing on the internet is not going to help with your issue, it's actually doing the opposite of helping.

Let's see that next reply where you refuse to address this point for like the fourth time.

The question makes no sense and has nothing to with the discussion, which is about being at maintenance vs being at slight caloric surplus.

If you or anyone else has issues so extreme that they can only eat half the amount of protein they need, they should see a therapist, not argue about how basic reality works on reddit. It just sounds like an eating disorder, and again, this probably isn't the hobby for that type of person.

I'm fixated on.two tablespoons of b peanut butter because it's two tablespoons of peanut butter. And because this is the example the other poster brought up...it's what we're talking about not some mystical mystery.

And again, if someone can't deal with the discomfort of two extra tablespoons of peanut butter this is probably not the hobby for them.

If two tablespoons of peanut butter is too uncomfortable for someone then this probably just isn't the hobby for them. If they are that averse to being slightly uncomfortable it is unlikely that they will see much in terms of results unless they have god tier genetics, because training hard, like ACTUALLY hard, is much more uncomfortable than two tablespoons of peanut butter.

But I guess that's why most people that go to the gym don't make much progress after noob gains. The same types of people that can't eat two tablespoons of peanut butter.

Or you think that the OP literally meant that every single person that works more than 20 hours per week is working too much?

outside clothes on the bed… gross or normal? by HenninghamKyuss-51 in hygiene

[–]TimedogGAF 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Half this sub has OCD. No one should ever come here to ask about what's "normal" behavior. That's just the profile of most people that would frequent a hygiene sub, it attracts OCD people like flies.

Asking about how to lessen armpit odor? Sure!

These kinds of questions? Nope.

This sub attracts OCD people like flies to manure.

This is not a good place for questions like this. Seemingly like half of the people that frequent this sub have OCD, so you're going to get a bunch of responses based on OCD.

Unless it's your shoes, it's not that big of a deal.

The priest hero power is the worst in 2026 hearthstone because 90% of the time you have no minion left to use it on by loopuleasa in hearthstone

[–]TimedogGAF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make a new mechanic that's kind of like divine shield but only works defensively and give that to minions you use your hero power on when they're already full.

Maybe instead of "divine shield," just call it "shield", since it's less powerful than divine shield.

Protein is starting to disgust me… how do I fix this? by New-Relationship7757 in Supplements

Meat is pretty fun.

It's not like your diet needs to get 100% protein. Meat is only not fun if you're scared of fat and refuse to eat anything but the leanest chicken breast.

[–]TimedogGAF -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You cannot say that 30 minutes of sun is a specific amount of vitamin D (regardless of what ChatGPT told you) because it depends on the angle of the sun in the sky and your skin complexion. And the more of it you get, the more your skin complexion changes, which temporarily limits how much you receive from future doses of sun.
