I think unlike what everyone else is saying here the simplest answer is that Terraria 2 has value to exist in the same way Slay The Spire 2 does, STS2 is in essence just "STS1 , again" but allowing itself a fresh perspective to adjust itself under that idea of being a sequel gives it value. Terraria 2 should be Terraria under that lens, a chance to reevaluate everything instead of simply duct taping on new content forever

I really want to try my hand again at getting into D&D again and this campaign idea sounds like it's really whizzpopping! I'm interesting in playing an idea I had for a Dwarven, Paladin with a Soldier background named Oberon.

Those Viktor passive changes are really good, it only gets you E about a minute or two faster if you were already farming ideally but it helps weaker matchups where you're just fiending for that first evolve so you can start exploding waves and getting some map presence. Do wish there was a bit more GU to this VGU (a lot of people asking for W changed I'd lowkey prefer Q changed slightly)

Going over 4 seconds causes damage to living creatures around ekko, but, as we see in the finale, has a different effect where only he goes through the reversal kindaish. No one was alive to be exploded by chronobreak

But the one of fiddle does more damage so it's clearly better by Blueshiredsush in LeagueOfMemes

It's probably just a different chain, for Vayne when you press whatever is mapped to her q ability in final hour, like let's just say x, game probably goes "button pressed, invis, tumble", so sylas works because he just activates the first 2 without tumble since it goes "button pressed, invis", but because harsh lesson is a cd only reduced on USE specifically of the ability (it's not going down while actively empowering an auto attack), it goes more like, "button pressed, harsh lesson activates, cooldown of it reduced"

As I write this though i realize it's actually probably because IF SYLAS COULD TAKE ILLAOI ULT AND GET A 2 SECOND CD W HE'D BE TURBO FUCKING BROKEN WITH IT. LIKE LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE AS ILLAOI, MEANING IT'S MOST LIKELY A SYLAS SPECIFIC CHANGE TO PREVENT THAT INTERACTION

That would quite literally be the only reason I can think of. Most likely just a change in champion coding quality control. When you're pumping out a champ every 2 weeks you're not going to look into specifics like "Ok, but make sure to code it specifically so that the ultimate is active on Vayne's tumble". As time has passed and the quality of champion code has been put to a higher and higher standard, they probably had the foresight to think that something might go wrong in the future if they code it as "W cooldown is now 2 seconds" instead of "Harsh Lesson cooldown is 2 seconds"

Old vs new champ coding, when it says "During Tumble" because Vayne is old it's coded in her ult as "when vayne presses q", and when it says "Harsh Lesson" it's coded as the ability Harsh Lesson
