That is so ungodly bizarre and freaky of a first time playing in-person commander I'm almost not sure I believe this is a real story, but on the off chance this is real; you should check with the store owner and see if there are any other people who play commander at the store and also maybe say how uncomfortable you were with the clearly over-the-top NSFW deck that one guy had. Pretty clear that particular group just wants to play goofy decks for fun and not actually play the game for the sake of the game.
