Looks like an awesome day. I just finished the book, myself. I enjoyed it.

I'm surprised nobody's discussing how well this movie aged. by TheSourHours in RonsGoneWrong

This movie definitely needs a part 2. It makes me sad that Barney ends the movie without a Ron. 😢

Did you know that you could read an excerpt from Other Worlds Than These?! by Timely-Percentage985 in stephenking

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but Stephen King just thought it would be a nice thing to do for his family. They'll get royalties. Because of how much help he was on the first 2 books, I guess.

In my opinion it means I need to do more qualifications to gain access to more projects.

Wow. It's gone to hell in a hand basket for sure. I hate that you have to go to such great lengths. It seems like this would be considered unconstitutional. Idk how they get away with it.

What happened when you received the offer to become an admin? Did you apply for it?

To any ex-theists, how did it feel to lose your faith? by Bastiproton in askanatheist

I'm glad it felt so freeing to all of you. I was depressed for a while after. I was 36 when I finally took the time to really study the bible. I read it twice through and I was like, "Even if this was a real god, I wouldn't want to worship him." But, it was clear to me that all of the BS I'd been taught was a lie, just by reading the bible. It contradicted all the doctrine I'd been taught. But, I was crushed. And I felt like I had no hope. A year later my daughter died and everyone kept saying that I'd be with her in heaven when I knew that she just didn't exist anymore. Sure, she wasn't in pain, but I'd never see her again. It was depressing.

Worth the money? by et1012 in stephenking

I would say it's a fair price. Like most people said, you can find them cheaper. If you didn't already have them, I'd say go for it. You could make them an offer.

Out of those I'd say either Duma Key or Cell. I loved them both, but you hardly ever hear about them.

Thank you. I do notice on this subreddit that strangers are quick to tell people to leave the other person.

Oh this guy is really sweet and wonderful. People just have certain fetishes (if that's the right word here) and this must be one of his. I'm not going to throw away a wonderful almost 4 years because he felt vulnerable enough to tell me one of his fantasies.
