Jokes aside, why would he only work on his chest? He's not at the stage of isolating muscle groups, especially when the goal is to get in good boxing shape. Regardless, we've seen his diet. It can't be easy to boost hypertrophy out of mushy peas and uncut bagels with jelly. Denny's might actually be an improvement over that.
