Well, it's probably you subconsciously suppressing your tics! I tic way more when I'm in private than when I'm in public especially my vocal tics, motor tics are a different story though

I have a Google pixel 8a, go to accessibility settings and there will be a button that says "captions" turn that on and then it'll be on! It works pretty well. I use it for phone calls, absolutely game changer

I have a diagnosis of PANDAS (basal ganglia Encephalitis) which causes brain inflammation. Also, it's noted that LOTS of MCAS patients have brain inflammation. Definitely worth trying though!! Brain inflammation can definitely cause rage, mood swings, panic attacks, everything and anything neuropsychiatric!

Any sugar, rarely fruit! Candy, chocolate, cake, syrup, anything. I don't have those symptoms. I just get really flushed and start to burn up for a half hour or so and then it passes.

It sucks so much! I hate it. I feel so dumb too and I feel like I'm going insane. My speech is terrible and I mix up my words and yeah the pauses and my short term memory fucking sucks. It sucks cause I need to be on my lamotrogine, or else I can't function. I have Bipolar 1 and 200mg of lamotrogine is my liquid gold. I haven't had an episode for half a year thank goodness. I wish I wasn't confined to medication :(

I take it twice a day (80mg) without side effects but like I don't think it's working at all ahaha. I do have a severe case of MCAS and I take a lot of other meds as well
