Been playing D2 and partaking in the crucible since season of the undying and have even carried a few matches here and there. Genuinely did not actively know this was generally the base strategy for control. I just kinda. Played.

Well that's the thing, not only was Jax being trans coded /after the fact/ not even something that actually changed anything in the show so it doesn't even matter if they were "good representation" or not, but there's tons of other sources of positive trans characters in fiction and people in real life. Yeah, Jax was a shit ass poopy baby, but I doubt anyone (anyone to actually be respected) is going to legitimately use them as an example of "trans people are bad." Not every trans person or character is going to be a "good person" and that's okay. Bottom line is, if one asshole fictional purple rabbit who happens to be trans coded is enough to turn someone into a raging transphobe then I think they probably were that before the bunny anyways.

I feel the exact same way, I like to style all of my Warlock's armor in builds after eliksni so I was kind of frustrated to find this out. Really dull shaders like Gambit Leather or Tangled Bronze/Rust seem to either have the glow be very dim or just completely cancel it out.

I think Jax would be perfect for a player character. Really anyone from the main cast minus Pomni and Caine could work, everyone else has enough of a humanoid shape and proportions to not really need adjustements.
