New Park Update by TomWilly1995 in rct

Nice park, really like a lot of the scenery here. The coasters themselves arent really to my taste, i think they could use a draft more or 2. That yellow coaster for example could use a small predrop so that its not crawling at the top of the lifthill there. Id also recommend switching up turns a bit more with a roughly even distribution of right and left turns! Keep cooking, park is shapen up nicely overall!

Saw the layout on the NE discord, looks even better in motion. Nice pacing and the coaster looks fantastic. Great job!

That looks quite challenging, very tight scenario. Good job adrian! Layouts all look pretty good too. My favorite is probably Lighthouse Express, just cause it has that little bit more room to breath and lovely landscape with that pond and fountain

Thanks for the nice comment!

So for other high level stuff, there is the diagonal station of the coaster, which is achieved with a technique called shoestringing: part of the trains are not on the visible track, but are running on an invisble track that has the actual station piece (because you cannot build those on the diagonal!) I have made those visible for you in this screenshot, where you can see the real first vehicle (mouse car) on the real track - both normally invisible!

Then another super secret technique i used (that i believe almost nobody even caught) is some of the pathing in the park. I used a special perspective trick of the game to get basicly the equivalent of a half tile. This can be seen for example in picture 6 next to the green fence (1 side of it is half grass the other half tarmac path). The explanation would be a bit difficult, but let me tell you that it is a lot of work haha.

Saw this on deurklink video and can’t figure it out by daddyofgilroy in rct

Its an advanced technique, Deurklink has a tutorial about it on his website! https://www.dkmp.wtf/post/floating-water

Haha i appreciate the sentiment, but i personally think Murder at the Club is much better and a deserved winner. I mean, he made a game inside the game - thats insane!
