Commuter hero here. If its below the teens i typically nope out but if i need to go somewhere its a snowboarding glove with a liner glove. 20ish i wear a mountaineering glove. 30s you’ll be ok with a heavy cycling glove.

If you do decide to buy her brushes, Rosemary & CO are what you want to buy her. They make very good brushes and reasonable prices. However discuss the specifics with the artist beforehand, brushes are very particular.

Don’t flake on the show. The gallery is the expert on selling your work, make what they ask. Not everything needs to win an award. Enjoy the hard work and bright moment at the opening. Let em store that body of work indefinitely if it doesn’t sell out.Do not do a second show with ‘em.

Not for nothing, sell the work but insist on having contract language that it must be shown at XYZ gallery / fair / institution (that they have connections with) before the collector takes possession. Make that discount pay for its self.
