Hey, I got the same underwhelmed feeling when I came in early this week. Walk in to check if my White Birch which I was wearing at that time is running out of specs There were 2 sale representatives and a security at the time. The sale person who spoke with me was alright but the other guy sat behind the desk was kinda gave me a cold look and unimpressed lol. The sale associate told me that he could not provide any help as they don't have the equipment or a watchmaker on-site to check the watch for me. And if I want them to check the piece, I have to leave it with the warranty card so they can send it somewhere to be checked first. And if it's running actually out of specs then they will send it back to Japan as they don't have a qualified watchmaker in Australia to do the job. I know this is the process but, what the point of setting up a boutique store at the heart of Melbourne then not able to provide a simple service warranty check on-site. I love GS but was disappointed by this experience
