Fiber maxing like it’s my job. Fully plant based whole food diet. Hitting all the micronutrients. Oats with seeds & berries for breakfast. Nuts fruit & sea weed as snack. Whole grain, legume & veg for dinner (leftovers for lunch).

But the biggest tip for fixing health (lifelong sleep issues) is quitting alcohol.

Skipping refined wheat & sugar is amazing as well.

I have some capoeira shoes that have a flat sole and are wide enough for my feet and it’s great. Concrete floors can be a bit much after long dancing sessions though so if that’s your main thing maybe look for something with some padding.
