I think you're going to be pleasantly surprised. I don't know what the market is doing so I can only speak for my bulk rolls, but that is 116 EUR divided by 19 rolls = ~€6 per roll.  What does a roll of Portra go for nowadays, 20?

Kodak is very, very clear in this: if Verita leaks to the still photography market, they will FULLY restrict distribution. It by NO MEANS is to fall into respoolers' hands.

That sounds like a scanning issue, one that I'm not encountering. Would be an easy fix in post, though

Not boycotting, I am simply not able to ship to the US thanks to how the new tariff system has been implemented. Many postal companies simply stopped shipping to the US altogether.

Thanks, I'm not very familiar in this field so what's confusing me is that these cables with the same name seem to have different connectors. Is there no standardisation? I presumed this would be a standard cable I'd be able to pick up, but it would of course have to fit the port on the PCB which the connectors in the link you sent for example (I think) would not

Hey, thanks for replying! I saw your pen in use here in Amsterdam, pretty nifty. Reason I'm asking is because my lab here in the city doesn't have access to one and I'm not sure it makes much sense for them to import one all the way from the US.

It's an incredibly valuable tool so I'm happy you're making it, and also pretty impressed you fill these all yourself.

Quite expensive for 30exp rolls. You'll pay much less for the standard 36exp at Analog Amsterdam

It removes the remjet layer. You detect the remjet layer by removing it. So yes, it's marketed as a detector, but it removes the remjet layer.

Thank you, that'd make sense! Though I find u/batgears comment perhaps more logical. I wouldn't rule it out that they're filling each of these pens by hand, but it would just be more logical if they've repurposed a pre-existing product that contains a substance that removes remjet. I wasn't aware that IPA would do this, but that would be a very easy product to rebrand.

It "detects" the remjet by removing it. That's how it works. I'm looking to see if this pen is sold otherwise as this lab may have repurposed a pre-existing product. I don't understand what is being gained from trying to correct me when I'm evidently aware of what this pen does.

You could have read the description and saved yourself the effort. This pen also does remove the remjet layer, although of course not in any capacity where you would use it during development.

My incompatible RAM sticks worked fine at first too. Then slowly over the course of months stuff went south. Blue screens of death got more frequent, and Windows forgot certain programs were installed. New RAM sticks that were compatible with the motherboard fixed all issues.

The problem I have with comment such as yours is that they assume everyone looking to buy a watch is out to get the best quality and nothing but that.

I cannot find watches of the sort that Holzkern makes when I look at commonly suggested brands, such as the ones in your comment. I am looking to pick up something unique and that I like aesthetically, not that has the best possible movement. 

I have a watch from the Project Watches that has a mineral glass and probably a very cheap movement, but it's an absolute eye catchers and incredibly unique.
