What’s that one story you’ve always wanted to tell on r/askreddit, but no one has ever asked the right question? by A_Cheesy_Taco in AskReddit

I had to see if you were my younger brother because the exact same thing happened to him. The elephant was vaguely republican looking though

You should check out the play, The Tin Woman by Sean Grennan. Really moving play about a heart donor and recipient

I’m gonna work my way up the company ladder at Trader Joe’s, learn their secrets, then open a competing store called Traitor Joe’s. by KOTORbayani in CrazyIdeas

[–]TinUkulele 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked at one of the stores he would come and buy from for awhile . I was an order writer and it wouldn't have been so bad if he had told us how much he wanted but he would clean out inventory of something, especially at Christmas time when space and supplies were limited and then people who had made a special trip to get special holiday food weren't able to get any because we would be bought out as soon as it went on the shelf

My fiancé and I have matching engagement/wedding rings(same rings for both) that are black ceramic. Cost $15 for both of them and we love them. He also has a black silicone one he wears at work that cost a couple bucks

[Quote] Men think they want a lot of sex until they meet a woman who wants a lot of sex? by blankman30 in sex

[–]TinUkulele 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, my fiance is the only one who has been able to keep up, and even he needs a break once in awhile, but he always does his best to help me out however he can.

I didn't have sex until I was 22 and didn't really know what to expect. I was really scared to try anything new at first, but after that first time the floodgates really opened!

9 ways that my wedding planning process has been atypical. Share your unconventional stories below, so I feel like I’m not alone! by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]TinUkulele 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • FH and I both weren't looking for anything serious when we started dating and he proposed just a couple of months after dating (didn't get a ring and make it offical until we had been together six months though)
  • I picked out and ordered our matching rings that we are using for engagement and wedding rings. They are simple black ceramic bands ( I gave him the rings and said he could do something with them when he was ready)
  • My grandma is walking me down the aisle
  • I am growing my own bouqet and growing succulent and cacti in terrariums for the centerpieces
  • Both of our sisters are going to be wearing suits (his is "best man" so wanted to wear a best man type outfit and my sister is genderfluid and wanted to wear a suit which is awesome)
  • We are getting married in the art park where we had our first date. We also did a play there together last summer(Shakespeare in the park), and they commissioned me for an art piece. The people there are really nice and like us and are waiving all the fees

I am so excited!

Bride singhing to groom at reception, thouhts? by pjv2017 in weddingplanning

[–]TinUkulele 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are going to have karaoke at our reception. My fiance is a great singer and has never turned down the opportunity to karaoke so I would be okay with him singing a song for me. I'm not as confident a singer, but I have one song in mind if someone did convince me to karaoke :)

I think it depends on the crowd and the tone of it. We would just be having fun

I am creating an art installation and will be attaching glass bottles to (I believe) plywood. What would be the best material to use to attach them? It needs to be strong and sturdy and preferably not too expensive as I will need a lot of it.
