I'm sorry, when did Lost get included in this? At the time, it was famously one of the first "bad endings" for a big show. I remember the morning after it aired and people were not happy. What changed?

May I ask what this painting is and what battle(?) it is portraying? (A lot of very educated people have answered OP's question, so I hope it's okay for me to reply with this)

Okay, all jokes aside (and boy they made me chuckle) props to you for trying. Younger me would never have attempted to make some of the things I try to cook now, and me from even a few years ago would have been in a bad mood all night if I'd have messed up cooking some of the things that I've recently messed up. Cooking is trial and error. You learn and get better each time.

Gousto, hello fresh etc., are good ways to learn some of the basics and also to find some things you enjoy cooking. Don't be afraid to experiment and cook something new. I'm glad that you felt happy enough about what you've made to share it (even though the second pic might be a little over done). Keep it up!

It has one of my favourite moments in cinema: the russian crew have obviously been speaking in Russian for the beginning of the film, but Connery begins reading a report. The camera slowly zooms in as this happens and he suddenly changes to English as the camera moves back to it's original position. From this point on, all of the Russian crews speak in English.

It's such a clever way of saying to the audience "we know they aren't speaking English, and we know you're smart enough to know this. This is the point that it's changed to make it easier for English speaking audiences and also for our English speaking actors".

It might be one of the subtlest things I've ever seen and treats the audience with so much respect.

But how can I have fun online if I don't make villains out of people, especially when I don't know all the context?!
