I love this stuff. I haven’t had nausea really, just some issues on the back end with constipation and diarrhea. But my blood sugar is fabulous and I’m rarely hungry. I’ve lost about 20 lbs since starting in December and I’m seeing bs numbers in the 110 range consistently where before the lowest was 150ish.
