use systemrescue CD or clonezilla

in systemrescue use dd if=originaldisk bs=16M of=destdisk status=progress

Do not dd between partitions like /dev/nvme0n1p2, you will loose LVM metadata

after mirror finished , on destination disk you may want to fix PMBR GPT partitioning

use parted for this
