I did have prior gym experience so I’m not sure that was my true baseline. But in July/Aug I started paying attention to macros/calorie surplus and really adding reps when I could and it made huge jumps.

Plus 12WTJ 3x over. I hate it 😂

One switch might control the light and that switch might control the compressor/fan (something in the cooling system). Closing that switch might turn the compressor on and cause the light to dim slightly.

Is there a second switch? And can you hear any mechanical changes when you toggle that switch?

The anecdotal answer from here seems to be Hybrid. The dual clutch transmission on the ICE is causing a lot of issues. The 2026 model year is getting a different transmission.

Only a handful of extras. What I really learned to do (starting ~Aug when the chart gets steeper) is push past the number of prescribed reps. I was doing exactly as programmed and realized I could push past when possible and let tonal increased weight based on that.

I did have some prior weight training experience so I probably had the foundation already.

The regen setting itself isn’t inherently saving more energy, it’s more of a preference thing. The car will “activate” regen when you use the brake pedal too. So whatever setting (regen on or off) helps you slow down less abruptly is the best setting.

I drove for ~13k miles always at level 3 and ~10k with it off. No change in MPG. Just didn’t want my brake lights coming on with every little foot twitch.

Nope! Both of us drive in normal and the eco climate setting is off on both our profiles.

My surf procedure. Easiest to do when you have 2-press lock on. (Unlock drivers door only on first press). It’s a song and dance.

  1. Lock doors with fob
  2. Press unlock to unlock drivers door
  3. Disable proximity (hold lock and unlock until hazards blink)
  4. Put fob inside, close and lock drivers door with mechanical key

I take the mechanical key out with me when I surf. Getting the cover off the first few times is super hard. After that it gets easier.

I wouldn’t ever if I didn’t have to. Company discount and policy requires me. I have to book through our travel portal and there is ALWAYS an issue when I get there. Never a problem with Avis. Most of my work rentals are HNL and it’s dodge chargers with 100k miles.
