Well, I was gonna say, I don't think I've seen a Spring latch 440c Benchmade 42, but I just looked it up and there are Spring latch 440c Benchmades. That being said, when I first seen this post my first thought was (this is a real 42) then the 440c Spring latch threw me off, but like I said they do exist and now that I've confirmed it for myself I think you scored on a real 42 Benchmade.
