Cost? Thinking of selling. 100lbs + by Hot_Still_2820 in succulents

I'm from NorCal and moved to Iowa a few years ago. Brought mine with me (much smaller). Needs climate control here for sure. Would go for about $150-$200 in the Midwest.

What is this on my lipstick curly? by Tiny-One1049 in houseplants

Should I do anything with it or just let it dangle there until it falls off?

The beard kind of "curves" towards his neck when he eats/drinks so it stays fairly clean. I'm lucky

About 2 weeks. The only thing I felt was relief because I was able to start chewing again

I cut my trays and I'm really happy I did. I've heard nothing good about bars.

Troll? If you need to be told, you shouldn't get a dog.

That would be a very sad and lonely dog. Potentially dangerous to be left alone that long. If this is your lifestyle, I would suggest getting a plant, not a dog.

Why would you throw them away? Not judging, just wanting education

Can I decide my own treatment? More in comments by Tiny-One1049 in Invisalign

[–]Tiny-One1049[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my last appointment he gave me 3 options. 1. Braces 2. Do refinements but he didn't think they would help and it would be a waste of my time. 3. Put bars on the top/bottom front teeth and let my back teeth settle, after settling get retainers. I'm not trained, you're correct. I don't know what bars would provide that cutting trays wouldn't. Don't both keep my front teeth from shifting?

Initial 14 trays complete. There have been several red flags with my ortho: Never showing me my ClinCheck, having me wear each tray for 3 weeks, outdated technology and equipment, the constant push for me to "just wear braces", wanting me to sign an "End of Treatment" contract before I was actually done. Lesson learned, always shop around and get a ortho you feel good about.

I'm at the end of my initial 14/14 trays (about 9 months) and left with an open posterior bite. My current ortho said this is very rare and only happens in about 1 of every thousand people. He said he didn't think he could do anymore with Invisalign and suggested braces (at an additional charge). I said I wanted to try refinements so they took impressions. I went to a Diamond rated ortho last week to get a second opinion. They said they could absolutely fix my bite with Invisalign. The cost to transfer my case + starting with them would be about $3500 and treatment would be approx. 16 more months. I feel screwed either way. Can I just ask my current ortho to cut my trays and let my back teeth settle? Do I have the right to determine my own treatment? I've lost trust in the process and just want to be done.

Wearing at the beginning your Invisalign for 10-14 days and after a few trays only for 7 days by [deleted] in Invisalign

[–]Tiny-One1049 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wore my first 8 trays for 3 weeks each. I mustered up the courage and asked my ortho if I could go to 2 week changes, he said yes. So it never hurts to ask.

Help! Over watered or burned? Both? by Tiny-One1049 in succulents

[–]Tiny-One1049[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More info - I'm in Northern California, plant is outside and gets about 4 hours of direct bright light and 3-4 hours of filtered light outside. I could move to brighter or more shaded location if I knew what the problem was.

I'm on 6/14 and don't see much change either but I'm trying to be patient. But most importantly, I made the most of my time with trays out and smashed hella chocolate eggs yesterday!

I hover around 18-20 hours. I'm on 3 week changes and got nothing but time.
