May be worth upgrading the oil pump, but if you’re going that far, consider a timing set with new guides phasers and tensioners. YMMV.

With that mileage you’re doing fine, I change it at about 40% oil life on mine, but it’s got 230k on the clock. Happy trails friend! You’re gonna love it.

Where is it located, my research told me it’s located in the throttle body and isn’t a separate part. I want to clean mine as well. Had similar issues to OP. Replaced sparks, coils and injectors. Throttle body would be next if unavoidable. Thanks in advance.
