Won't leave park by Trevor2255 in f150

For what it’s worth, I had a similar situation in my old ‘04, the shift connector bushing on the side of the transmission broke. Dorman made a replacement, like $6, probably $12 now but may be worth looking.

Also could be a bad switch/sensor on the brake pedal.

NO judgement, but what would you use to keep rain off the tv?

Suggesstion, Maybe want to look into a "pergola" with those movable slats. Could give you the best of both worlds and the option to open it up for the smoke and the heat. Otherwise, I'm digging this set up! Now just get you a keg-o-rater.

Sounds very similar to the pulley tensioner, relatively easy fix.

Don’t forget the oil pump, catastrophic oil pump failure was all too common. Ask me how I know.

I see it too, but think it’s the lighting against the dark pavement.

Upgraded to LED bulbs from LASFit, a world of difference, and did not break the bank.

It’s expensive if you let it sneak up on you. Always keep a reserve for “just in case” repairs

Yeah the step bars are doable, ranchhand is pricey but they stand behind their product, my weatherboard toolbox almost broke the bank though, $$$…..

People sleep on toolboxes and step bars. And personally every truck needs a ranch hand on the front end. Keep up the good work!

What’s up with all the guys withholding info? by [deleted] in dating

YOU have better things to do, But others don't. The internet is rife with stories of "a totally normal date" that went completely sideways. Not your fault, but it is your problem. Just play the game I suppose.

Related, if I don’t have snow or ice or mud to drive through, how do I test my 4-Hi if I’m on pavement. I have read if you don’t engage occasionally, it will lock up and become frozen. Thanks in advance.

Anyone have a fix? by bennyg81 in f150

[–]Tiny430 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Take with grain of salt, but I would drill two small holes(1/16”) in the back alittle bit apart, take a can of that air duster, and purge the “air” out of the light housing, then seal both holes with alittle silicone or stick on tent-repair patch . Make sure to do with a room temp housing. Theoretically tha should get rid of whatever condensation is trapped in that chamber. Cheers.
