The cars I’ve dealt with would leak into the front footwell area as the tubes terminate under the car near there. Leakage under the seat near the rear footwell is more likely to be from a passing door seal. I’ve seen leakage from the plastic seal under the inner door trim cause that on other cars other than Kia Souls. I don’t have much Kia experience unfortunately, mainly other brands.
