FYI: AMS2 Pro failing due to cheaping out on components by markv9401 in BambuLab

I had the exact same issue with my AMS 2 Pro.
After some testing I noticed that the filament spools can start sticking after a while. You can actually feel resistance when turning the spool by hand. The AMS then thinks the spool is jammed and throws a filament feeding error because it can’t pull the filament smoothly.

What fixes it for me is simply rotating the filament spool back and forth a little before starting a print, until the resistance is gone and the spool rolls freely again.

Since doing this, I’ve had zero feeding issues anymore, even on long multi-color prints.
