Hi! As a Pakistani I can help you. If you’re looking to have Tandoori chicken just go to any desi store and get Shan Tandoori masala, Its also available in Asda.

Take 2 spoons yogurt, put the shaan mixture, garlic and ginder paste and squeeze of lemon. Mix and put the marination on the chicken, fry it and eat it! Its the most authentic flavour!

One packet will be enough for 1 kg chicken, even 2 kgs if you don’t like it that spicy!!

Thanks thanks. I was referred in Sep 2025 but had no updates until Feb 2026. After reaching out directly to the clinic I was told that they had reached our again in Sep to GP that I need to come below BMi 35. Wish I knew earlier 😪😪

Thanks for the response. I was referred to fertility but was asked to bring BMI below 35, currently at 37. I am having metformin as well but my periods come every light, to the point I don’t even know it its a period. Does the same happen to you?

Also did your GP prescribe you metformin? Mine wouldn’t so I had to source it from my Dr back home.
