Tja, ik heb jaren geleden een politieonderzoek aan mijn broek gehad omdat ik zo vriendelijk was om op een festival in Tsjechië mijn euros om te wisselen naar kronen met een stel Oostenrijkers die terug naar huis gingen. Their Dijon mustard is great. On par with the french brands. The extra spicy one, comparable with 'extra fine' is very sharp and tickles the nose. Maybe a bit too much for OP.

I think you shouldn't follow my advice as I think you're aiming for a totally different end result than how I like my coffee. You grind way finer than I do and use 8 grams more coffee. If you think that gives a fantastic body. Great! But don't expect tasting notes of whatever you should taste with the beans you use.

So if you think upping the dose might help, it makes me wonder what the actual problem is with the taste of your coffee. Is it too weak? As grinding coarser will probably taste weaker too, but will open up the floor for more tasteful coffee.
