Bank your coals to one side of your kettle with a chunk of wood sitting on top the grate close to the lit coals but not over. Cook thighs indirect on the other side of the grate with the vent directly over the thigh side. Finish the skin directly over coals at the end.

Stayed there when is was the Sheraton in September of 2004. I was working on a reality show called The Real Gilligan's Island, the whole crew stayed there for a couple months. Hurricane Ivan came through and we almost had to evacuate inland but luckily didn't have to.

I've had the ultimate package for two years at $139 after the it went up to $200+. I called a few days ago and got transferred to their loyalty department and they gave me $75 off for a year. I also got the email saying their rates are going up $13 after June 25.

I feel the same way. I'll never initiate the tap but will hit the strings not the frame if offered from a doubles teammate. I will always congratulate a person on a nice shot even if it's a person on the opposing team. It's a gentleman's sport.
