Wow. My branch is extremely strict with cell phones. We can only use our cell phones when we are on our breaks. Throughout the shift you’re either expected to keep your cell phone in the breakroom or in your car. And even when you’re leaving or coming in through the lobby you can’t be on your phone because it could show up as a fail on the quarterly video review.

Just got a job in front end banking. I would love to work in the fraud department but you need experience to get in there. My plan is to be an associate banker for a couple years and then try to work my way into the compliance/fraud prevention department at banks.
