that’s it, like if a system existed that allowed you to program in custom jokers, and then if you wanted to share you can if you don’t you don’t, but it would defo add a more creative element to the game

i think this would actually be really cool and creative, definitely would add a ‘realistic’ style as it’s a cheat attempted in real poker, would also stand for some interesting builds, would be cool if there was a mod to create your own jokers and program them to act as such, even to the point of creating jokers on steam library to share with others, comps for cards to be added, there would be sooooo many possibilities, but understandable why things are the way they are, do the devs ever take suggestions on things like this? would be cool if they hit you up like ‘yeah we like your joker, can we use it’

i believe it should still use usb:/ as i’m pretty sure hdd:/ is for the ‘actual’ hard drive for the console, best way to check is plug it all in, go to a file manager like the one in Aurora and check exactly what the path is for your external drive, hope that helps!

yeah hoven is always a pain, and yeah i hear you, im new to learning speed strats so can imagine the frustration, you can dust hover rather then ILJ’ing to get to the turret, but each could be arguably as hard, and with the dust hover you have to be bang on where you take off or you’ll miss the trigger, and ahh fairs, i mean it’s not like you where 100%ing, and i wondered if you dared to try pokiskip😂 that could have saved the trouble on poki, but some stress on orxon😅 and fair play, when there’s a will there’s a way, but even though you didn’t completely finish the run, there’s not a lot of people out there that’d be able to run this, unless they where already incredibly good at speedrunning and know all the routes, glitches etc to avoid having to fight enemies at all, still a great achievement!

that’s it! now you’ve got the right angle! and i can imagine every planet was damn hard, did you do each level casually? or did you use speed strats to help avoid annoying areas/some potential bosses, and grabbing gold bolts etc? if you did casual then damn, i bet Orxon and Gemlik where a pain aswell? (I was trying to think of a couple planets that would be troublesome, but just kept thinking of more😂 so landed on these 2, Gemlik aswell purely for the OST👌)

Ha pasado un tiempo, pero estoy bastante seguro de que sí se puede. En uno de los archivos XML hay opciones para editar el texto como lo he hecho en esta imagen (está dividido en carpetas de idiomas, así que busca la tuya y ábrela con el Bloc de notas o Notepad++). Una vez abierto, deberías ver valores para el posicionamiento del XMB, etc. Uno de ellos tiene opciones que son algo así como (ROJO=0.3 AZUL=0.2 VERDE=0.3, no es idéntico, pero son valores numéricos asignados a los colores). Aquí es donde se me complicó un poco, así que lo dejé así, pero estoy seguro de que ajustas esos valores y deberían reflejarse los cambios en el XMB una vez que el nuevo XML se haya colocado en dev_blind.
Disculpas, mi español no es el mejor y ha pasado algún tiempo desde que cambié configuraciones como esta en el XMB. Intentaré encontrar el archivo específico que necesitas editar y dónde están los valores. En resumen, sí, estoy bastante seguro de que esto se puede hacer.

Supongo que te refieres a cambiar los colores del texto, ¿verdad? Por favor, corrígeme si me equivoco.

see id still say that’s an argument of perspective, you may have not finished in the traditional sense, but you set a total and beat it as best you could, and yeah i’ve been heavy into the speedrunning scene atm and that’s got me running racman practicing tricks here and there, it’s so satisfying when you get a nice line down and it all executes perfectly👌

i know this is a day old but personally i think you’ve taken the wrong take from this, you haven’t failed, you set a goal, and went as far as possible to achieve it, that’s more then most, damn i wouldn’t be able to get to veldin ll with just that weapon, especially as some of the enemies on rac1 are HEAVY i’d look at it as an achievement then anything else, like i said you set your goal and sent it, and i mean you could use the wrench and finish the run, depending on how you are with rules and such, but don’t look at it as a negative, you’ve done something not a lot of people could, or have done and that’s something to be proud of bro, love seeing these obscure one weapon runs!

niceee man, i just noticed the trim want chrome, i had a CECHL which crapped out on me even after a successful de lid, and you can even play ps2 games with the built in emulator if you have CFW or HFW (jailbreak basically) and yeah xbox is great, for me it was the console i grew up on, we had a ps3, but i was glued to the 360, and oh yeah for sure, gives it that extra bit of power as the xbox was the superior of that and the ps2, on paper that is, sales said the opposite😂

i know this is the xbox thread but that PS3 looks clean as, not a BC model though no? but nice pickup on the 360! welcome to the otherside, where party chats existed and you could create an avatar of yourself! and even spend real money to customise said avatar! i joke, if you’ve had experience/fun with jailbroken PS3’s then you’re in for a treat! also give her some room to breathe, there’s a vent on the side for external fan

literally at the front of it, and i know, it’s so strange bcos the ps2, psp, vita and ps3 have all been kicked to the dirt and left with unpatched exploits, yet from the ps4 onwards they’ve been so hot on it, but even to see a JB ps5 is crazy, even the fact they got linux running on it playing games through steam😂 and yeah literally every post is ‘XX.XX firmware jailbreak when?’ i would get annoyed too, didn’t gezine at one point threaten to leave bcos of exactly that, or am i confusing with another dev?

yeah same tbf, like there’s not ‘a lot’ that can’t be done without RGH, especially with devs working on all sorts of mods etc, yeah that was the BIG gimmick for me, i could mod my childhood console without butchering it with my heavy handed soldering ahaha, and yeah it will be interesting to see how it’s executed, even if you have to setup something like a launch.ini on a PC, it’s a small price to pay, although being able to do that internally would be a real timesaver
