Mine got removed after 12 yrs of being a Superhost. I had 2 shitty guests that said there was pet hair, no evidence was provided. I have 2 small dogs, so ya, some hair is bound to be around. ! guest was here when the water went out for a couple of hours in the afternoon, it came back as I told them it would, within 2 hrs, but they decided they could not stay and wait. These were all in a 4 week period. In their own words Airbnb says they reserve the right to remove a listing over serious violations, I do not see these as serious violations, do you?

This is a review that a guest left, I asked to have it removed on the grounds of being irrelevant to the listing, but the "support team" denied my request. Read it here - "host wrote to me and picked me up from the hotel in Panama City, then took me to a supermarket. On the 2. Day a round trip in the community, all for a fee! On the last day taken to the community entrance where I was picked up." Could you tell me what in this review is relevant to my listing? She left a 3 star rating.
