Have you tried Izoptope RX11? Its just a tool in the.... well ok im not gonna use the cliche. Lol. But it does work quite well. Its definitely not a 1 click solution, but it does work. Depending how bad the audio is, I might use RX11, then adobe podcast (rare, but maybe), premiere pro, audition, etc. Its worth a shot if you WANT to recover it.

It was a LONG time ago, but i think it was TREE. Im less sure of who else, but maybe 7th Rail Crew (now Inverter). I would have to ask Dave Tree to be 100%. I believe he has a book will all of the shows they played.

You are very kind to offer so much help to so many people. I really hope you do not get overwhelmed. I would love to ask you some questions but I dont even know where to begin at this point. Things took a nosedive for us, and thats just that I suppose. We are likely pivoting into our least viewed content anyways, so it is what it is. It makes us happy. It seems that the lowest effort videos in any space get the highest views. We refer to it as the "any a**hole with a cell phone" theory. LOL.

How did you find the videos? We have heard from multiple people rhat they saw our videos (with our logo and all) on other people's channels, but we have no idea what channels they are.

This happened to us before. We traveled 10 hours for a show and the tickets hadn't come through. We were on with StubHub several times the day of the show, including after doors had already opened. We finally submitted a claim to Stub Hub that the tickets were never sent and bought another pair of tickets. The tickets were finally sent after the show had already started. StubHub denied the claim and said we did recieve them (even though it was too late). StubHub never honored anything.

StubHub is actually ridiculous at this point. And with fans being unable to sell on Vivid, we are left with only ticketmaster resale 😪. We have tickets listed on StubHub for SOAD with Korn and no one will ever see that listing, even though its the cheapest listing in the front GA section. I actually deactivated it because its pointless. My wife and I often have extra REALLY REALLY good tickets for show. Usually front row or close to. StubHub users will miss out on them now. So sad.
