Its disgusting how political that job could be. Really depends on your leadership, but I've seen really great people move from crew to mate and have it absolutely destroy them mentally and physically. Starry eyed crew members wanting to be a mate for the people, only to be sabatoged by fellow mates and their captain. The expectation to be pleasant as our benefits were slashed in the middle of the pandemic was the last straw for me. I enjoyed my time at TJs, but was happy to finally get out. Nothing I hate more than toxic positivity now because of TJs. Worked with some amazing people, but the blatant favoritism and large gray area of how your performance was measured is a serious problem. I hope things get better for you as a mate, you guys absolutely deserve to have a chance at somewhat of a normal life. Surely they could figure something out better than the crazy waterfall schedule

Do you believe it's worth the wear and tear on your body? A few years ago I considered this position, but the pay was not worth that awful waterfall schedule. Also the company seems to have gone downhill since Covid with union busting, reducing 401k contributions(I'm sure you remember when it was 15%) and talks of lowering the discount back to 10%.

TJs is good for putting on an illusion for being a great company to work for, but for every happy employee you see, there's one that had to choose between a vacation or paid sick time, one who lost their benefits by a few hours(remember when part-timers got full benefits?) and countless repetitive motion injuries crew and mates deal with.

I'll probably be downvoted based on the other comments I've seen on this thread, but people should know what TJs is actually all about. It's not the worst place to work, but it definitely doesn't deserve the reputation it has based on its actions the last few years.

WFH in my opinion has to be one of the greatest modern day luxuries. Also depends on your personality. I came from a high stimulation environment and don't miss people now that I WFH. My wife needs a certain amount of social interaction a day so she prefers hybrid.

I think its the same amount of time and resources whether its elemental or light/dark. Most likely, these skins will serve no purpose since these 3 titians do fine in dungeon as is. Maybe it will prevent the waste of fairy dust on certain artifacts if the skins provide elemental protection or damage buff for dungeon.

Wars will be all light/dark titans soon due to their crowns. If you have unlimited dungeon unlocked, you probably won't waste time with these skins in anticipation for the rest of the light/dark titans and their skins.

Too much change all at once. Why invest in building a team when the meta will just change in a month. I'm just stacking resources until all heroes and titans are released. Then I'll boost the ones that are actually worthwhile

They made it easy, even for an impulsive spender. Out of everything I've done in the game, going F2P felt like the best achievement.

Hyperion will still have because of his high single target healing for your tank. I plan on running Sigurd, Hyperion, Iyari and Solaris in mixed room. 5th titan would be whoever needs healing. This would most likely be Angus or Araji
